Skin preparation
The skin should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before applying the kinesiotaping tapes. Make sure that there is no cream or serum on it, which may cause an allergic reaction with the glue or cause the tape not to stick to the skin of the face. Before applying the kinesiotaping tapes to the face, perform a short self-massage, it is a mandatory step for the tapes to work properly, the facial muscles to be relaxed and blood circulation to be improved.
Massage
You can do the massage dry, focusing on the place where you will apply the applications. The duration of such self-massage is about 1-3 minutes (you can also do the massage from the 21-day plan from the Box), then cleanse and dry the skin. You can apply tape to the face prepared in this way. If you are not doing the massage, do a quick self-massage of the face activating the parotid and behind the ear lymph nodes, placing your hands in the letter "V" gently massaging small circles in the place for about 10 seconds.

Before using NATURAL FACE tapes, perform an allergy test.
Thoroughly clean and dry the skin, then apply the tape, e.g. on the elbow or neck near the ear, and observe the reaction for a few minutes. If you feel itching or burning, remove the tape.
Kinesiotape
How long should I wear kinesiotape applications?
The maximum wearing time of the application is 8 hours, however, for the first applications we recommend wearing them for about 1-2 hours to make sure you are not allergic to the adhesive and to check how your skin reacts to the tapes.
How to remove kinesiotape applications?
We remove each application carefully. DO NOT TUG. If you want to remove the tape painlessly, wet it with water or facial oil/gel and peel it off by gently rolling along the glue. Roll the corner of the tape very slowly and carefully, holding the skin with one hand. If this is unpleasant or painful for you, wet the tape with water or apply oil or cream to it and gently roll the applications on the skin.
*If you have difficulty removing the tape, you can also use a greasy cream, olive oil, or other fat-based product.

Yes, kinesio tapes can be used daily, as long as the skin responds well to them and there are no irritations. However, we recommend that a single application be used once every 3 days and should be kept on the skin for 30 minutes to several hours. It is worth taking breaks and observing the skin's reactions.
